Prices
All prices on our webshop are listed in Danish kroner (DKK) as standard and include VAT. You can change your currency based on your location. Shipping costs will be added at checkout unless otherwise stated.

Orders
When you place an order on AERASERA’s webshop, it is considered a binding offer to purchase the selected items. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders in case of out-of-stock items, technical errors, or suspicion of fraud.

Payment
The amount will only be charged to your card once the item is shipped.

Delivery
We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 30-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.

The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day you receive your item, or after you physically receive the last item when ordering several different items in one order that are delivered individually.

You must notify us within 30 days of receiving the item if you wish to cancel your purchase. This notification must be sent via email to hello@aerasera.com

You cannot cancel the purchase by simply refusing to receive the item without clearly informing us.

Returns
You must return your order to us without undue delay, no later than 30 days after you have notified us of your wish to cancel your purchase. You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the item. You bear the risk of the item from the time of delivery.

Condition of the Item Upon Return
You are only liable for any decrease in the value of the item due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the item’s nature, properties, and functionality. In other words, you can try the item as you would in a physical store, but you cannot use it.

If the item has been tried beyond what is described above, we consider it used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only receive a partial or no refund, depending on the item's commercial value.

Refund of the Purchase Amount
If you cancel your purchase, you will be refunded the amount corresponding to the items returned. In the case of any impairment for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount.

If you use your right of withdrawal, we will refund the amount for the returned items without undue delay, and no later than 14 days from the date we received notification of your decision to cancel the agreement. We will make such a refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item unless you have provided proof of returning it.

We respect your personal data and treat it confidentially in accordance with applicable data protection laws. We do not share your information with third parties without your consent.
